Ask About Your Venue

Choose your starting point

A regional name. A specific address.

Your event may be near a familiar city without being inside it. Use the closest area page for ideas, then tell us exactly where the gathering will take place. A mailing city, lake name or county alone cannot confirm the route or setup.

For Nixa, Ozark, Republic and Willard, start with the Springfield Metro page. The Bolivar area page includes nearby communities such as Fair Play and Humansville. Each regional guide groups nearby towns and offers a different set of event-planning ideas.

If your town is between these destinations, it is still useful to send a request. Include the full address and date; travel, the event window and the proposed space are reviewed together before a booking is confirmed.

At a town venue or a private property

Help us picture the arrival.

01

Show the access, not just the setting.

A wide lawn or a spacious hall can still have a narrow gate, stairs or a difficult unloading route. Send photographs of the proposed play area and the path from parking. Let us know about uneven ground, shared entrances and any site restrictions.

Use the venue checklist →
02

Separate event time from setup time.

Tell us when guests arrive, when you want golf available and when the space must be clear. These are different parts of the request. If a school, church or community building has other activities on the same day, include the access window its organizer has agreed to review.

Plan a community gathering →
03

Plan for players and the people around them.

The simulator needs safe swing clearance and a place for the next group to wait. Keep the proposed area separate from food lines, doors and walkways. For an outdoor event, include a weather backup and power details in the initial request.

Think through participation →

Make the event the starting point

Choose what brings people together.

A fundraiser needs a clear participation format and organizer responsibilities. A company gathering may benefit from short team challenges. A birthday party may call for relaxed turns around the rest of the celebration.

Use the actual event gallery to see the setup, then compare Birdie and Eagle. Package preference is useful context; the venue and schedule still need review.
