Mobile Golf Simulator Venue Planning Guide
The Infinite Golf enclosure measures 12′ wide × 16′ deep × 10′ high (width × depth × height). That is the physical enclosure size, not a venue minimum.
A complete event layout also gives the operator, participant approach and exit, protected power route, optional display, queue, and spectators appropriate adjacent room. Those surrounding zones stay flexible for the actual room and event.

Start with the enclosure
The physical enclosure is 12′ wide × 16′ deep × 10′ high. Place it first, then shape the event around its front participant approach, shared entry and exit, front queue or spectators, external operator position, optional display, and protected rear power route.
At the rear/top, the protected power route runs behind the rear impact screen of the enclosure, which measures 12 feet wide by 16 feet deep. At the front, the participant uses one shared open front for entry and exit, the front queue feeds that opening, and two optional front displays flank it. The operator stays front-right, outside the swing path. The height profile shows the 10-foot enclosure height below a line directing the venue to measure the lowest obstruction across the full footprint.

Read the room above and below
Usable height is set by the lowest obstruction, not a room’s nominal ceiling. Look for beams, fixtures, fans, sprinklers, signs, and bracing.
Walk the full floor or ground area
The surface should be firm, reasonably level, dry, and approved. Note slope, moisture, soft ground, loose material, exposed roots, or floor-protection rules.
Send views looking up, across the floor or ground, and toward the participant approach.
Visibility and comfort
Protect the picture and the experience
Projected golf depends on screen contrast. Ambient light and direct sun can wash out the picture, so orientation, shade, covered placement, or timing may matter.
Consider conditions people will feel
The enclosure is not climate-controlled. Discuss airflow and how the venue handles heat or cold, particularly in covered outdoor settings.
Plan around the opening direction, sun path, nearby lighting, and the venue comfort strategy.

Plan power, weather, and access
Identify suitable venue power and the outlet location early. Infinite Golf brings extension cords; a generator is available by arrangement when suitable power is unavailable or impractical.
Trace the full load-in
Share the unloading point, loading dock or vendor entrance, doors, elevator, stairs, long carries, access hours, and restricted routes.
Outdoor plans stay conditional
Outdoor operation is weather permitting. Rain, saturated ground, standing water, wind, or lightning can change the plan. Discuss a covered or indoor alternative in advance.
One golfer, clear circulation
Give people a clean route
Keep the shared front participant entry and exit legible, the operator outside the swing and ball-flight area, and the queue or spectators away from the active golfer. Protect every cable near guest circulation.
Place the display for the room
The plan shows two possible front positions for Eagle's two large event displays: one handles the Presentation role with the host-managed leaderboard and sponsor/logo presentation, while the other is dedicated to local Spectator View. Keep both outside the hitting area without blocking the shared front opening, an aisle, or the queue.
Food, registration, sponsor materials, and prizes belong beyond the active equipment route.
