Mobile Golf Simulator Rental Questions, Answered
Use these verified answers to compare package fit, venue setup, event flow, travel, presentation, and content before you request a date.
01
Pricing and packages
Start with the package, hours, and useful additions.
Birdie starts at $450 and Eagle starts at $850. Both base packages include four live event hours; final pricing depends on the event plan and travel.
Birdie is the streamlined simulator experience. Eagle adds the Dual-Screen Showcase with exactly two large external displays plus the Event Recap Collection. Within that presentation system, one display serves the Presentation role and the other provides local Spectator View. Spectator View does not require Event Capture.
Yes. Additional live hours are $75 for Birdie and $150 for Eagle. Additional live hours extend on-site event operation only.
02
Presentation and content
Choose what guests see during and after the event.
Eagle includes exactly two large external displays. Birdie does not include the Eagle dual-display presentation system.
Yes. Live Scoreboard is a $75 event addition and can support a closest-to-the-pin contest format.
Event Showcase is a $150 addition for approved event, sponsor, or promotional content within the presentation plan.
Event Capture is $100, Social Highlights is $75, and an Event Recap Collection is $200. The Event Recap Collection includes five vertical social cuts, and one light revision round applies only to the five edited social cuts. The Insta360 X5 is a capture camera, not a display.
03
Space and setup
Confirm the venue can support a safe, practical installation.
The enclosure is 12′ wide × 16′ deep × 10′ high. The full event footprint also needs safe guest access and operating clearance.
Share the venue power details during quoting so the operating plan can be confirmed for the exact setup.
Setup and teardown are planned around the booked event window and venue access. Include access constraints and timing in the quote request.
04
Event planning
Match guest flow and event conditions to the right format.
Business events, fundraisers, private parties, school and community events can all be qualified. The best fit depends on space, guest flow, and the role golf should play.
Outdoor events require a workable weather, ground, access, and power plan. Share the venue details so the setup can be qualified without assumptions.
05
Lessons and merchandise
Add instruction or quoted merchandise when it supports the event.
A Golf Lesson Hour is available for $75. Scheduling and participant flow are confirmed with the event plan.
Custom merchandise is quoted separately. Product, artwork, proofing, deposit, quantity, and lead-time details are confirmed before an order is final.
06
Service and booking
Share enough detail to qualify travel, setup, and pricing.
Infinite Golf is based in Bolivar, Missouri, with mobile event service for Springfield, Southwest Missouri, and Lake of the Ozarks. 30 minutes of travel is included; anything farther requires a custom travel quote. Share your venue address so we can confirm setup and travel details.
Include the date, city, venue, guest count, desired duration, indoor or outdoor setting, and what you want the simulator to accomplish.
Plan the venue
Give the room and the guest flow a practical first pass.
Shape the event
Build the right event, not just a rental.
Share the date, city, venue, audience, and event goal so the package and setup can be qualified around the real plan.
